About
Drew Barnett is the founder of Journey Through Flow, a movement and mindfulness practice rooted in the balance between strength and stillness. His work blends yoga, breath awareness, and lived experience to help people reconnect with their bodies in a way that feels sustainable, human, and honest. Through teaching, writing, and reflection, Drew explores how presence becomes a practice This journal is an extension of that practice: lived, reflective, and always unfolding.
