Balance and Beyond blends Vinyasa yoga, Pilates, and bodyweight drills to help you develop strength, stability, and confidence in arm balances, handstands, and advanced postures. This class is more than just physical—it’s about finding harmony between effort and ease, learning when to hold on and when to let go. Whether you’re exploring your first crow pose or refining your handstand technique, you’ll find a supportive environment where all levels can progress at their own pace. What to Expect: • Progressive sequences to build strength and mobility • Drills to improve balance, control, and endurance • Encouragement to push your limits while staying grounded • A welcoming space to explore and grow, no matter your starting point Who It’s For: Perfect for those eager to challenge themselves and unlock new possibilities, whether you’re just starting your balance journey or looking to advance your practice. What to Bring: • Yoga mat • Water bottle • Optional props for support like blocks, straps, bolster. For this Class make sure you have plenty of open space you aren't going to knock anything over and that you have an empty space up against a wall. Cancellation Policy

Class Booking & Policy Agreement By booking a class with Journey Through Flow LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Booking & Rescheduling: • Membership packages include unlimited classes. • The “Single Class Drop-In” is valid for one class only and is non-refundable and non-transferable. • You may reschedule up to 1 hour before class starts, but no cancellations are permitted. • If you do not attend a booked class without rescheduling, no refund or reschedule is available. Class Recordings: • All booked classes include a Zoom recording sent within 24 hours, whether attended live or not. • Recordings are for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced. Client Responsibility & Liability Waiver: • Safe Practice Environment: Clients must ensure a clear, hazard-free space for practice, including: • A stable surface for your mat. • Sufficient space to move safely. • Proper lighting and ventilation. • Props or modifications as needed. • Physical Condition & Modifications: Clients acknowledge that yoga involves physical activity and should consult a physician if needed. • Personal Liability: Journey Through Flow LLC is not responsible for injuries, health conditions, or accidents. Clients assume all risks and agree to practice within their limits. • Instructor Guidance: All instructions and modifications are suggestions only. Clients should modify movements as needed and stop any practice that causes discomfort or pain. Legal Agreement: By purchasing a membership or booking a class, you agree to these terms and waive any claims against Journey Through Flow LLC, its instructors, and affiliates.
