Cancellation Policy

Private Lesson Booking Policy – Journey Through Flow LLC • Cancellations: Private lessons may be canceled up to 48 hours before the appointment time. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after this window. • Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 24 hours before the start time. If the reschedule window is missed, no refunds will be issued. • No Refunds: All private lesson bookings are non-refundable, even in the case of late cancellations or missed reschedules. • Advance Booking Required: Private lessons must be booked at least 5 days in advance. • First-Time Clients: If this is your first private session, you must provide details of your desired service ahead of time, or consultation may cut into session time. • In-Person Lessons: In-person private lessons may be available upon request.
