A new partnership with Island Time Fitness:

For a long time, I’ve believed that fitness shouldn’t just make us stronger it should make us sustainable.


Because what good is strength if we can’t keep it?

If you’ve spent time in the Tulsa fitness community, you’ve probably met Ginger.


She’s the heart behind Island Time Fitness a space full of joy, rhythm, and movement. Zumba classes that feel more like celebration than exercise. A place where people show up not just to sweat, but to belong.


Over the years, our paths have crossed again and again.


Local events.

Shared students.

Conversations about community and care.


Last fall, we even co-hosted a Yoga + Zumba fusion event together blending high energy and deep recovery into one evening. It felt effortless. Aligned. Like two different languages saying the same thing.


So when we started talking about how we could support each other’s communities more intentionally…

this next step felt obvious.
